 1. What does Pay&Share do?
P&S allows you to finally resolve the complex problem of dividing expenses with friends when you travel together or happen to be in a situation which involves having to share expenses. Normally this would require collecting everyone's share beforehand and then giving it to someone to pay for everyone else, but:

With P&S anyone can pay for a single item of expense on behalf of others. They just need to "keep a tab" on P&S in real time so that everyone will then be charged the exact amount they owe. And with a click of a mouse everyone will receive an e-mail with the detailed statement.

 2. Who needs Pay&Share?
 Many people will find Pay&Share indispensable: 1) Friends travelling together 2) Groups of people renting a boat 3) Students sharing an apartment 4) Neighbours making group purchases to save money on shopping 5) A family that wants to keep control over who spends money for other family members 6) A purchase office comprising many buyers who want to see who buys what for whom 7) The manager of a property 8) The members of a club 9) A sports club 10) A travel agency 11) A big family….and many others!

3.How can I be sure that P&S gets the sums right? I don't want there to be a mistake when my friends' money is involved as that would create a problem!
Doing the sums is the main function of P&S, so there's no way it's going to mess that up! The application was tested for many weeks and by a great many people before being published and its accuracy is 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied, you will get a refund equal to 10 times the value of the app! The first user who will identify a miscalculation in the app P&S will be refunded through Paypal for a value equal to 10 times as the cost of Pay&Share ("Standard" version). The user simply will have to send a mail to the support's address of P&S with the notification of error and will be refunded.
 

4.Where are the data of my events stored?
 The data will be on your smartphone and every time you synchronise with your account, the data will also be loaded onto Pay&Share's Cloud. Whenever you want you can visit www.payandshare.net with your account details and download data onto your computer in CSV or Excel format. To access the web area, just use your P&S details.

 5. What can I do when I log onto www.payandshare.net with my personal details?
 In the reserved area of the site you can: 1) download the file of your events onto your PC 2) cancel one of these at a time or all of them at once 3) Restore events which had been cancelled previously.
 

6. What files can I download from the website www.payandshare.net?
You can download any event on an excel or csv file. You can format the final report as you please and make the amendments you want with all the operating systems. 

 7. How does synchronisation with my account take place?
 All the data on the app is also copied onto the P&S servers and you can manage this from the reserved area by entering the personal details you used to register with P&S. The synchronisation can be automatic (i.e. take place on its own every few minutes) or be manual so that you can manage the transmission of data yourself. This option can be useful when you're abroad and your phone is on roaming.

 10. What does it mean to "invite a person"?
Every person that is on a list of participants for an event can be invited to share the event itself on their device. At that point the person that is invited can see all of the event's items of expense and can add new ones. N.B. : some rules apply to the invitation process. 1) The person that is invited must install or have previously installed P&S on their device; 2) The person that is invited must register or already be registered with P&S; 3) From the LITE version you can only invite LITE users and from the STANDARD version (paying version) you can only invite Standard users; 4) You need to be invited on the same e-mail address with which you are registered on P&S in order to accept the invitation
 

 11. What can I do if something doesn't work as it should
You need to read the instructions you can find in the "Set-up" section of the app, in the HELP menu. Alternatively send an e-mail to the customer support team by choosing the menu "Feedback&Suggerimenti" within the "Set-up" section.
